Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to answer.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review combined traffic to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools.
What We Do With This Data
We use the limited data to operate the service, repair faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Indiana has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute identified in the project research, so no broader state-law right is promised here. Because we retain little information, a request normally involves checking contact mail and available logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Indiana, Allen County, or Fort Wayne offices remain under the control of those custodians.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
